Pair of cottages. 1765 on datestone; C19 extension and C20 modernisation.
Dressed sandstone to front; rendered extensions to rear; pantile roof with
rebuilt brick stacks. 2-storey, 4-window front. Present entrances in
extensions to rear. 2 unequal 12-pane sashes to each end of ground floor
and four 2-light, small-pane casements in corresponding positions to first
floor. Renewed sills and tripartite keyed lintels to all windows.

Coped gables and kneelers. End and left of centre stacks. Included for
group value.
