House. Mid-late C18 and mid C20 alterations. Gault brick, English bond,
with front wall painted. Steeply pitched roof, now covered with cement
tiles. Repaired tumbled end parapets and end stacks. Two storeys and
attics. Three dormers, rebuilt, and segmental arches to three flush frame,
sixteen pane hung sashes. The ground storey facade to Church Street is said
to have been without fenestration. The main doorway is at the rear. The
present fenestration of the ground storey dates from c1930.
