House. Early C17, altered. Limestone rubble and timber lintels; old plain tile
roof and brick gable stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys. 5-window front has the 2
bays to left containing the present entrance slightly projecting with a large
gable. Varied casements of 2 and 3 lights, all renewed. Stack to right has 2
diagonal shafts. Left gable wall has large chimney projection with tumbled brick
weatherings. Rebuilt 3-window subsidiary range to right. Main entrance in small
single-storey range set back on left. Interior: Heavy chamfered bears and joists
with ogee stops; 2 open fireplaces and first-floor fireplaces; timber-framed
partitions.
