5/15 The Old Barn House

GV II

House. C17, altered C18. Limestone rubble and some brick dressings; plain-tile
roof with brick stacks. 3-unit plan. One storey plus attics. 3-window front has
door and casement to centre and 2-light casements to flanking bays with 3 gabled
dormers. All windows renewed. Diagonal stack to left of centre. Left gable wall
in brick. C20 rear wing. Interior: 2 back-to-back open fireplaces; ogee chamfer
stops to beams.
