Town house, now office, one of a near pair. c1820s. Granite
ashlar front, dry Delabole slate roof. Double-depth plan with
1 room at the front. 3 storeys over basement; 2-window range
to front. Round-arched doorway, on the right, with 6-panel
door and traceried fanlight; mid-floor strings; shallow
segmental arches over original hornless sashes with glazing
bars. INTERIOR: panelled window shutters and moulded ceiling
cornice to front room, otherwise not inspected.
