2 houses. 1830s. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3
storeys with basement, 3 bays to each house. Basement lintel
band; lst floor sill band; top cornice and blocking course.
Windows have wedge lintels and are sashed, glazing bars sashed, glazing bars
above ground floor. Entrances have Ionic aedicules and 6-
panel doors. Iron railings to areas and steps have
decorative heads. Ist floor iron balconies. No 21 has one
blind window to 2nd floor, ground floor windows have
casements; No 23 has complete overlight.
