House, 1830's. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3
storeys with basement, 3 bays. Basement lintel band, 1st and
2nd floor sill bands, top frieze, cornice and blocking
course. Windows have wedge lintels ands are sashed with
glazing bars above ground floor. Entrance has Ionic aedicule
(no pediment). Iron railings to area and steps have
decorative heads. Iron balcony to 1st floor.
