House. 1830s. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3
storeys with basement, 3 bays. Basement lintel band, 1st
floor bill band, top cornice and blocking course. Windows
have wedge lintels and are sashed above ground floor; one
2nd floor window is blind. Entrance has Ionic aedicule (no
pediment) and half glazed door. Iron railings to area and
steps have decorative heads; base to 1st floor iron balcony.
