Town house, later shop with accommodation over. Early C19.
Stucco with later textured finish; asbestos slate roof; brick
chimney on right, rendered chimney, left and rear; cast-iron
ogee gutters at left-hand return and rear. Double-depth plan.
3 storeys; 2-window range. C19 double shop front with wooden
pilasters, panelled door, and original entablature with
fascia. Original 16-pane hornless sashes within moulded wooden
architraves to first floor, horned copies above. INTERIOR not
inspected.
