Town house, now a restaurant. Early C19. Stucco on studwork
front, curved slate roof with hip on the right, brick end
stack on left and rebuilt brick axial stack midway. Curved
corner site plan, possibly 4 houses originally. 3 storeys;
bowed 4-window-range front. Stucco pilasters to upper floors
and moulded cornice to eaves; panelled pilasters on the left,
other 3 pilasters have lozenge-shaped rustications with
stylized snecks between; mid-floor string. Original 16-pane
hornless sashes within moulded wooden architraves. Ground
floor has C20 wooden fascia to 3 bays to right, 3 plate-glass
windows and a doorway at either end. INTERIOR: restaurant
altered C20, otherwise not inspected.
