Formerly known as: No.25A KING STREET.
House, now shops. Late C18. Brick with stucco dressings and
parapeted roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; symmetrical
5-window range. Top cornice and high coped parapet, ramped to
ends. 1st floor windows have rusticated wedge lintels and
12-pane sashes; 6-pane sashes to 2nd floor. Ground floor has
inserted C20 shop fronts flanking central entrance with eared
architrave, pulvinated frieze and cornice to 6-panel door, 4
glazed. INTERIOR has central stair with boarded-over
balusters. One of a group of Georgian houses in King Street,
built after 1751.
