House, now office. Late C18. Brick; tile roof. Double-depth
plan. 3 storeys; symmetrical 5-window range. Moulded base and
top modillioned cornice; end flat pilasters. Windows have
rusticated wedge lintels over 12-pane sashes; 6-pane sashes to
2nd floor. Central entrance has eared architrave, pulvinated
frieze and cornice; 6-panel door and overlight. INTERIOR has
stair with column-on-vase balusters. One of a row of Georgian
houses in King Street, built after 1751.
