3 houses, now restaurant and office. Late C18. Brick, 5th and
6th bays stucco; tile roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys;
7-window range. Top modillioned cornice; flat pilasters to
left of 5th bay and to right end. Windows have rusticated
wedge lintels over 12-pane sashes, some with glazing bars
removed, no window to 1st bay; 6-pane sashes to 2nd floor,
4-pane sash to 1st bay. Carriage entrance to 1st bay has
rusticated elliptical arch and plain paired doors; rest of
ground floor has plain C20 shop fronts. INTERIOR: not
inspected. One of a row of Georgian houses in King Street,
built after 1751.
