Pair at estate cottages. Mid-C19. Coursed limestone rubble. Old clay tile
roof with fishscale tiles to N roof slope. T-plan. Each cottage 2 bay. No.
12 has central red brick chimney stack. No 13 has gable end stacks. W.
elevation: 2-light casement window to each floor of gable end of no. 13 and
two sash windows with glazing bars and yellow brick surrounds to each floor of
no. 12. This cottage also has, on left, doorway with gabled doorhood on
moulded wooden brackets and with cusped, fretwork bargeboards. N. elevation
of no. 13 has two first floor 2-light casement windows, each with one leaded
light. Ground-floor, two 2-light casement windows flanking doorway with same
style gabled, bracketed doorhood. Included for group value.
