C18 cottage, altered and extended mid-C19. Coursed limestone rubble. Slate roof. Gable coping to south end. Original building two-bay, with offset bay added to north end. Red brick ridge chimney stack to north end of original cottage. West elevation: first floor, two two-light leaded lattice casements to original cottage; rectangular paned two-light leaded casement to added bay. Ground floor original cottage has one three-light and one two-light lattice leaded casement flanking central stone porch with slated, gabled roof. Two-light rectangular paned casement to ground floor of added bay.
