Group of three estate cottages. Mid-C19. Coursed limestone rubble. Old clay
fishscale tile roof. H-plan. Two storeys. W. elevation: first floor 1:2:1
sash windows with glazing bars and small casement window over central doorway.
This has arched opening and typical Turvey Estate gabled and bracketed
doorhood. Same arrangement of windows to ground floor but these have gauged
yellow brick heads. N. and S. elevations of cross wings have two first and
ground floor sashes with glazing bars. Small central first floor casement
window over doorway with gabled bracketed doorhood. Included for group value.
