Circa 1840 corner site with Wood Street three storeys and basement rough
cast. Flanking pilasters rising from plinth up to cornice over first
floor which has a moulded sill course. Low pitch hipped slate roof,
wide eaves. Three windows, centre ones blind, recessed, sash glazing
bars block sills ground floor and second floor, Doric pilastered
enclosed porch, quarter pilasters to wall, frieze cornice and blocking
course. The front is glazed in and a Victorian gabled porch added
with leaded lights. East garden front; similar to entrance front but
with two windows bay to basement, ground and first floors with cornice,
blocking course and honeysuckle balcony over to second floor windows South.
Later rectangular bay of three lights ground floor North. Glazing bars
intact.
