Circa 1830. Two storeys and basement cement rendered. Flanking pilasters,
stucco parapet, moulded cornice, band between storeys, plinth. Gable
end slate roof. Four windows, two in bow to South, rising through both
storeys and with parapet carried round. Windows, recessed, sash no
glazing bars except in basement, block sills. Recessed door of three
fielded panels. Semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing bars. Plain
surround. Flight of four steps. Plain cast iron balustrade.

Nos 34 to 38 (even) with No 1 Wood Street form a group.
