Circa 1840 villa. Two storeys and basement. Slightly taller and narrower
frontage than the preceding numbers. Stucco faced. Low pitch hipped slate
roof, projecting eaves. Frieze, first floor sill course and plinth. Three
windows, recessed, sash, no glazing bars except in basement. Recessed
central door, panelled and glazed, with splayed reveals, Plain surround.
Greek Doric porch, free standing columns to front, pilasters to wall, frieze
and cornice over. North garden front: similar to No 16 but with addition
of stucco bay to East; recessed sash windows, glazing bars intact first
floor West and on ground floor where windows are full length. Terrace in
front, but no verandah.

Nos 14 to 20 (consec) form a group.
