Circa 1830 with late extensions to South. Two storeys rough cast. Garden
front facing North has rendered plinth and comer pilaster strips. Three
windows, 2 in bow with cornice and blocking course. Windows, recessed, sash,
glazing bars. French windows to ground floor of bow with marginal glazing and
2 light casement also with marginal glazing, ground floor West. Block sills
and flat rendered arches. West entrance front 1st floor 1 window with glazing
bars, ground floor modern glazed porch and doors and 2 light casement with
glazing bars. South front : 4 sash windows glazing bars intact, ground floor
3 light bay, sashes no glazing bars, cornice hidden by fretted blind cases,
superimposed bay windows in same style, and later projecting rectangular bay
of 2 sash windows no glazing bars, with lead hood, recessed modern door adjoin-
ing also with lead hood with fretted eaves similar to blind cases. Low pitch
hipped slate roofs with shallow eaves cornice.
