Circa 1840 villa. Two storeys and basement stucco faced. Low pitch
hipped slate roof, eaves concealed to front by parapet and cornice. Sill
band to first floor and plinth. Three windows, centre one blind, recessed
sash, glazing bars intact, block sills to ground floor. Central recessed
door of six moulded panels, rectangular fanlight. file whole set back to
form a shallow porch, flanked by paired Doric pilasters, frieze and
cornice over. Flight of four steps up to door. North garden front:
no parapet, the eaves project, frieze and band between storeys. Recessed
two light casement with marginal glazing bars. French windows to
ground floor. Tent roofed verandah with lattice cast iron columns.

Nos 14 to 20 (consec) form a group.
