House, now dental surgery. c1840. Ashlar with hipped slate
roof and 2 coped stone rear wall stacks. Plinth, first floor
band, deep wooden eaves. 2 storeys; 3 window range of 12 pane
sashes. Central Greek Doric portico with pediment, with
fielded 6-panel door and overlight. On each side, a 12 pane
sash. 2 window returns.
INTERIOR: hallway and stairwell have enriched cornices and
round and elliptical arches. Cantilever wooden dogleg stair
with stick balusters, cut string and ramped handrail.
