House, undergoing conversion to offices. c1840, altered. Brick
with stone dressings and hipped slate roof with 3 ridge and
single side wall stacks. Plinth, corner pilasters, first floor
band, rebated eaves. 2 storeys; 3 window range. Square plan.
Projecting centre with pediment, with single unglazed window
with eared architrave. Doric portico with cornice. 12-pane
sashes on garden front. INTERIOR not inspected.
