Former caretaker's house. c1838. Probably by William Flockton.
Coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings and slate roof
with 2 square coped rear wall stacks. Plinth, first floor band
and sillband. 2 storeys; 3 window range. Recessed centre with
a round window and below, C20 door with cornice.
Open-pedimented wings have paired 8 pane sashes and below,
single round-headed glazing bar sashes. Rear has a central
round window and a lean-to porch.
