Shop premises. c1830s with late C19 alterations. Stucco on
brick; incised quoin pilasters; 2nd-floor sill string and
window architraves; asbestos slate roof with
slightly-projecting eaves; 2 C20 roof dormers; brick end
stacks. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. C20
windows to 2nd floor; late C19 oriels to 1st floor with horned
sashes, splayed corner pilasters and moulded entablature.
Ground floor has late C19 moulded entablature and incised end
pilasters with stylised decoration framing large double shop
front and original 4-panel house door and overlight on the
right. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
