GV II

Town house with later shops. Early C19. Stucco with quoin
strips; asbestos slate roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys;
3-window range with blind central windows. Original 12-pane
hornless sash to 2nd-floor right and 16-pane sash to 1st-floor
left, otherwise later horned sashes. Ground floor has altered
late C19 pilastered corner shop front on the right with
sloping fascia and moulded cornice and similar cornice over
altered double shop front on the left. INTERIOR not inspected.
