Town house with later shops. Possibly C18, remodelled early to
mid C19. Stucco on masonry with rusticated quoins and
triangular pediments with carved tympana on consoles to 1st
floor and sills on brackets; steep asbestos slate roof with
projecting eaves; rendered end stacks and moulded cast-iron
gutter. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 5-window range. Late C19
or C20 horned sashes in tall openings. Ground floor has large
recessed C20 shop front and house doorway on the left with
panelled reveals and 4-panel door. INTERIOR not inspected.
