Town house with later shop. Early C19. Painted brick; rubble
at rear plus slatehanging to rear wing; asbestos slate roof
with 2 old raking dormers at rear and roof higher over stair
bay; brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 3-window
range with narrower central window. Keyblocks to flat arches
over early C19 hornless sashes with glazing bars. End
pilasters with moulded cornices; parapet band. Ground floor
has large projecting early to mid C20 double shop front with
splayed central doorway and leaded glazing above transom; at
far left is a moulded entablature, surviving from older shop,
above overlight with margin panes and pilastered doorway with
moulded cornice and panelled door. Rear has late C19 horned
sashes and early C20 canted bay to rear of wing.
