Town house with later shop. Early C19. Painted brick with flat
arches; scantle slate roof; brick end stack on left and on
right towards rear; 2 gabled roof dormers with slate-hung
cheeks to rear slope, one with old 12-pane casement, the other
blocked. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range.
Original or early C19 16-pane hornless sashes to square
openings of 2nd floor; taller 6/1-pane hornless sash to
1st-floor left and 2 later horned copies. Ground floor has
full-width moulded cornice over late C19 double shop front
with end pilasters; splayed central doorway with overlight and
glazed door. INTERIOR not inspected.
