Industrial building and former cottage, now partly used for storage. c1800.
Thin-coursed rubble, cottage partly rendered, modern concrete-tile roof.
3 storeys with 2-storey cottage. L-shaped industrial building, gable-end on,
to right: 1 x 3 bays. Quoins. Flat-faced mullion windows of 1 light to ground
floor, 2 lights above. To left: 2 bays, of 2-light flat-faced mullioned windows.
North elevation (facing into yard): cottage has doorway with monolithic jambs
to left of single-light window with 3-light window above. No stacks. Left
return of industrial building: windows as gable front; inserted doorways.
The name of the yard implies that leather-working took place here.
