Part of former barn, now house. Late Cl5-early C16, altered C20. Coursed
ironstone rubble with C20 red brick gables and C20 asbestos slate roof. Brick
chimneys to gables, the right gable coped. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Chamfered
plinth. Off-set buttress with chamfered gablet to left; one similar buttress and
part of another to rear. C20 3-light barred metal casements with concrete
lintels and blue brick sills, the upper windows with small gables over. Central
C20 half-glazed door in concrete surround. Single storey C20 extension to left,
with flat roof, incorporates part of rear wall of barn. Interior: double purlin
roof; 2 trusses with chamfered arch-braces to collars.
