House and walls of front garden. Mid-late C18. House is of coursed ironstone
rubble with Uppingham stone quoins, Collyweston slate roof, coped gables, brick
chimney to left, and ashlar chimney to right. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 3-pane sash
windows in raised Uppingham stone surrounds with keyblocks. Central
flush-panelled door and rectangular fanlight in similar surround. Extensions to
rear. Garden walls attached to front are of ironstone ashlar with chamfered
plinth. Flat coping ramped up to ends of front wall. Circa 1 m high. Central
opening for gate.
