Farmhouse, now an Old People's Home. Mid C18. Brick with slate
roof. Rebated and cogged eaves, coped gables. 2 gable stacks.
3 storeys, 3 bays. L-plan. Windows are margin light sashes and
C20 casements, mainly with splayed keystoned lintels. Front has
central panelled door with arcaded overlight and scrolled
brackets to hood. Flanked by single sashes. Above, 3 sashes.
Above again, 3 smaller casements. North gable has C20 casement.
Above to right, sash with segmental head and a casement. C20
single storey addition has casement in return angle. South gable
has mid and late C20 flat roofed additions with bay window to
east. Above, irregular fenestration with casements.
