Warehouse, now offices. Mid C19, altered 1905 by GS Doughty of
Nottingham for Philo L Mills. Attics late C20. Red brick, with
painted ashlar ground floor, ashlar and blue brick dressings,
and clerestory roof.
Plinth, rusticated ground floor with cornice, quoins to corner
bay, eaves band, wrought-iron balustrade railing with brick
pedestals. Windows are mainly segment-arched plain sashes with
linked hood moulds. 4 storeys plus basement and attics; 7 x 5
windows. Corner site with rebated rounded corner.
Corner entrance bay has a round-arched doorway with pilasters
and pediment on brackets containing a double keystone.
Panelled double doors. Above, a window on each floor. Ground
floor has flat-headed transomed casements to each return.
Upper floors have regular fenestration to each return.
Clerestory has continuous glazing behind C20 balustrade.
