House. Late C18. Coursed squared gritstone, graduated stone slate roof. 2
storeys with cellar, 2 bays. 4-panel door in tie-stone surround to right of
centre, flanked by 3-light flat-faced mullion windows with central sashes,
both floors. Moulded stone gutter brackets, shaped kneelers, gable copings,
banded end stacks. The left gable wall of separate construction; a straight
join against front wall. Rear: windows ground and first floor left in stone
surrounds probably original; opening to cellar below ground level to right
of centre. Interior: living room to right has large fireplace with stone
surround and cast-iron range. The house unoccupied at time of resurvey.
