Detached cottage. Circa 1700. Flemish bond brick with vitrified
headers and stone dressings and plinth, double Roman tiled roof
with axial brick stack. Baffle entry. Two-storey, 4-window. C20
door to right of centre, 2-light recessed cyma-mullioned casement
to right and two to left. Continuous moulded string course to
first floor, four 2-light mullioned casements, illegible datestone
over door. Rubble stone returns, single casement to left return.
Rear lean-to extension and conservatory, C20 steel casements.
Interior altered.
