Circa 1900. Single storey and attic, rough cast wood frame. Gable end to
street, pantile roof. Moulded bargeboards with turned pendant finials at
their lower ends. 6 light modern casement in gable. Ground floor shop front:
central window of 2 lights with square courier blocks. Fluted pilasters on
panelled pedestals with roundels in necking, flanking window and side doors
(one now a kiosk). Heavy reeded brackets over pilasters supporting dentil
cornice. Curiosity.
Nos 29 to 42 (consec) and The Market Hall form a group.
