associated railings

GV II

Wall retaining embankment to street overlooking River Brun.
Rebuilt in later C19. Coursed squared sandstone rubble.
Cast-iron needle-headed railings with bracketed columnar
standards which have urn finials, mounted on low sandstone
plinth. Forms group with slightly different section of
retaining wall to Bank Parade (qv), and with Church Street
Bridge (qv).
