Pair of houses, now one, C18 refronting of C17 timber frame to
left, chequered brick with slate roof, half-hipped to west and
early C19 to right, red brick with slate roof. Stack between the
two;and rear stack to earlier range. Two storeys. Earlier
range has ashlar string and raised brick eaves, 3-light flush cyma-
moulded stone mullion window each floor and exposed timber-framed
west wall with tie-beam-and-collar truss. Later section is
double-fronted with 16-pane sashes and centre door, all in flush
ashlar surrounds, hood on brackets over door and flush quoins at
right corner. English garden wall bond brickwork.
