Plastered cob on rubble footings; rubble and brick stacks; thatched roof. Now a

room. Rear lateral stack to right extension and axial stack in party wall with
Shoplands, both C19 stacks. 2 storeys. Irregular 3-window front of late C19 and
C20 casements, some with glazing bars. Door right of centre with late C19 porch
with gabled slate roof with crested ridge-tiles, glazed sides, trelliswork on
front, and shaped bargeboards. Roof line and eaves drop over C19 extension. Roof
half-hipped at end. Interior largely result of C19 refurbishment but includes C17
