Farmhouse, "ABM 1764" on datestone. Rendered and tile-hung
brick with graduated stone slate roof. Double-depth
central-staircase plan with 2 storeys and lean-to against
left gable. Door to left of centre with segmental arch and
keystone. 2 3-light timber mullion and transom casement
windows on each floor with stone sills, cambered brick
arches and keystones. Gable stacks.
