Row of 3 cottages, later C18, now 2 dwellings. Slobbered sandstone rubble
with quoins, stone slate roof with a double and a single chimney stack on the
ridge. Double-depth plan, with continuous rear outshut, each cottage one bay
but that at the left end with its front in the gable end. Two storeys; front
(east side) has plain doorways at the right hand side of the middle and right
hand cottages, each of these with a 3-light flush mullion window at ground
floor and a 2-light window above, and there is a larger casement window at 1st
floor of the left hand cottage, which has in the gable wall a plain doorway
and to the left of this 2 windows on each floor with heavy square surrounds
and mostly altered glazing.
