Small house. C18 and C20. Coursed limestone rubble with wooden lintels; thatch
roof with brick gable stacks. 2-unit plan, extended to rear. 2 storeys.
Symmetrical front has 2-light casements and a central plank dour; a "Farmers
Fire and Life" insurance plaque is fixed under the eaves. Interior not
inspected. One of a group of similar thatched cottages at the upper end of
Freehold Street (q.v. Nos.80, 86 and 93).
