House. C17. Marlstone rubble with wooden lintels; thatch roof with brick gable
stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys. 3-window front has casements of 2, 2 and one
light at first floor, and at ground floor has windows of 3, 3, 2 and 2 lights
plus the doorway in the middle bay. Left gable wall, facing road, has a small
2-light casement, and there are further casements to rear. Former outbuilding to
right is now part of house. Interior: chamfered joists and beams: large open
fireplace with bread oven and large recess.
