Circa 1840 late Regency style villa. 2 storeys rough dressed ashlar. Low hipped
slate roof with flat eaves. 4 windows, centre 2 in shallow segmental fronted break.
1st floor sill band. Glazing bar sashes except for centre pair of ground floor
windows which are marginal glazed French casements. Glazed tent roof trellis verandah.
Porch set back to left hand side; grooving struck into round arch, radial glazed
fanlight, flanking pilasters, keystone with mask ornament and entablature above.
