Circa 1840-50 3 storey villa. Coursed small block ashlar with quoins. Low hipped
slate roof with overhanging eaves. 3 windows symmetrical: casements to 2nd floor;
2 canted bays inserted on 1st floor and central glazing bar sash window with louvred
shutters and tent roof; 2 marginal glazed French casements on ground floor. Central
glazed and panelled door. Trellis verandah bowed out in front of entrance.
Yarborough Villa, Gate and Gate Piers to Yarborough Villa, Primrose Bank, St Ann's
and Grove Hill Cottages form a group.
