Terrace house. c.1736 probably built with No. 14, altered and
heightened mid C.19 and early C.20. Stucco faced, slate roof. 3
storeys and basement with later attic storey. 3 windows wide.
Entrance to left in segmental arched rusticated surround opening with
c.1900 door and grilled side lights and decorative ironwork to
fanlight. Channelled ground floor with recessed sash windows. 1st
floor French windows have architraves with keystoned heads and
cornices over. Main stone cornice over 2nd floor continued from
No. 14. Geometric wrought iron balconettes to 1st floor. Cast iron
Victorian area railings. Interior much redecorated in early C.20 but
some of chimney pieces may be original.
