Circa 1830/40 pair of identical houses. Two storeys and basement, stucco
faced. Low pitch hipped slate roofs, projecting eaves with lion heads
studding guttering. First floor moulded sill course, frieze below. The
houses are separated by a slightly recessed bay with cornice parapet and
coping of 1 blind window to each floor. Three windows each, recessed,
sash, glazing bars intact on No 13, architrave surrounds, block sills to
ground floor. Slightly projecting central entrance bays up to sill course.
Recessed doors of 4 moulded panels, two glazed in No 13, blind semi
circular fanlights, reveals recessed in three steps. Wide imposts. Key-
stones breaking up into frieze below sill course. East garden front:
three windows each, two in bow to left, recessed, sash, block sills ground
floor, first floor sill course, glazing bars intact in No 13.
