House. c.1833-6. Brown and grey brick in Flemish bond (grey
headers), slate roof. Double-depth double-fronted plan. Two
storeys over cellar, 3 windows, symmetrical; steps up to
round-headed doorway with panelled door and fanlight with
radial geometrical tracery; 16-pane sashed windows. Gable
chimneys. History: part of small speculative development by
flour-dealer who acquired the site of Moon Grove in 1833.
