Circa 1845-50 two-storey sandstone "brick" terrace of small town houses.
Slate roofs with bracketed eaves, corniced chimneys. Two window fronts,
revealed sashes with ashlar lintels and block sills, some retaining glazing
bars. Pilastered doorways and round-headed passage entries. Included for
group value as example of small scale development at the beginning of the
mid century building boom.
